Getting started is easy — book a session online, send a quick message here, or call 949-503-9829 for a chat. No experience? That’s totally fine! One-on-one sessions are a great way to dip your toes in — no pressure, just movement.

Come comfy and ready to move — think leggings, tracksuit bottoms, or respectful-length shorts paired with a tee or tank, whether loose or fitted. 

To keep things smooth and snag-free, skip the long chain necklaces, dangly earrings, and jingly bracelets (your flow will thank you!). 

Shoes are a no-go on the machines, but socks are a must — clean and grippy if possible. Forgot yours? No sweat — grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

Sessions are 55 minutes. 

Pilates routines can be as flexible as you are — some people come once a week, others make it a daily habit. For most, twice a week is the sweet spot for seeing steady progress. Even if you’re only in the studio once a week, a few minutes of daily movement (yes, even at your desk!) can keep your body happy and your practice on track.

No refunds are given on packages or services. Packages can be transferred.

All packages and single service purchases expire 6 months from date of purchase.

The studio is located at 436 Heliotrope Ave, Suite 1A, Newport Beach, CA 92625 — on the ocean side of PCH and Heliotrope, tucked just behind the Port Theatre and restaurant. Get directions here.

Parking is easy: there’s dedicated studio parking right out front, plus plenty of street parking nearby.

Change happens through movement, and movement heals.
